OTHER FACILITIES

  • In-house Training and Project facility

The Department has all the necessary facility to train the students on Practical aspects in different traditional as well as advance Biotechnology allied subjects. We prefer our students to be more practically sound on setting up own protocols, handling the instruments and rectifying errors. As per University rules PG students are also suppose to conduct and complete a dissertation work during IVth Semester in order to be eligible to obtain the degree successfully. We have extended our Departmental facilities for this purpose with no extra coast to the students. Students are allowed to work in groups of two/three to carry out their dissertation work on funded projects or individuals’ ideas under the able guidance of experienced and qualified staff members from the same department or from other departments in case of multidisciplinary approach. Students are always encouraged to complete the work successfully with minimum one publication in National/International Research Journals.
